• Shipping: Deliveries within the UAE typically take 2-4 business days, depending on the shipping method and product availability.  Any shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. We aim to deliver orders within the specified time frames, but Scentscircle will not be held liable for delays caused by external factors, including customs, weather conditions, or courier issues.

Scentscircle will not engage in business or provide services or products to any OFAC-sanctioned countries, in compliance with UAE law.

6. Returns and Refunds

We encourage our customers to place orders carefully, as Scentscircle does not accept returns unless the products have manufacturing defects, have been sent in error, or the wrong items have been delivered. If an item arrives damaged or broken due to faulty packaging, it may be returned along with the original packaging.

• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact Scentscircle by email or phone for assistance. The item must be returned within 15 days from the shipping date.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed.

Shipping costs for returning items are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
