At Scentscircle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our return policy makes it simple and transparent.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.

• Products must be unused, and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required.

• Certain items such as personalized, clearance, or hygiene products are not eligible for return.

• Any kind of media (photo/video) should be shared with the team on the pot of finding it as damage

🔄 Return Process

2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

3. Ship the item back to us at:

4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you about the status of your return.

💰 Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

🔁 Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
