Delivery Within the UAE
Dubai
Orders placed within Dubai are delivered the next day. Please note: Orders placed on Saturday will be processed on the next working day, as Sunday is a non-working day.
Other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah)
Deliveries to other Emirates are completed within 1–2 working days.
GCC & International Deliveries
For customers across the GCC region and international destinations, delivery typically takes 7–10 working days, depending on the destination and local courier timelines.
Order Processing
All confirmed orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 24 hours (except on weekends and public holidays). You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey to your doorstep.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated as per your location and order total. For UAE orders above a certain value, free delivery may apply (as per current promotions).
